Home Remodeling Services in Northwest Arkansas

When you have the right team working on your house, it just feels right. When you know, you know...These guys did a phenomenal job fixing my deck posts. 3 posts were in the ground and completely broken down in the soil. Which meant there was nothing holding the back side of my house and deck up but hope. They came in, braced the deck and got to work. In a few days they had my deck level and looking better than I could have imagined. Very professional crew too! I have more work I need to have done in the home. So you can guess who I'm calling...3rd Generation Renovations!

Mike and Marsha were wonderful to work with. They are great with communication on the project, share creative ideas, and are good listeners. They bent over backwards to give us what we wanted. They use a product called Nexan that has other manufacturer decking beat. Doesn’t allow water thru underneath it.Their crew is also fun to be around. Hard workers! If you are looking for a renovation company with integrity, 3rd Generation is really at the top.You will not be disappointed. Here are before and after. TWZ 03-01-3026

They are such a nice family business to deal with. Very fair pricing. I would trust them with any project inside or outside of our home .

3G did a great job replacing the bathtub in our primary bath. The quality of the work, including the new tile around the tub, was excellent. They kept us updated throughout the process and recommended good sources for the new tub and tile. The workers were courteous and respectful of us and our house and cleaned up when they completed their work each day. We highly recommend 3G and will definitely use them again if we have another project.

3G gave us the master bath we always wanted since we built our home. They really took the time to hear our vision sketch it our and then talk and show us each step. We could adjust as we went with minor tweaks to the vision with no problem. They came in on budget and cared for our money like it was their money when buying on our behalf. They sourced quality products and materials. The staff when the family was on the jobs items were dependable polite and end of the day cleaned up the jobsite so we were not living in a construction zone while the remodel was in progress.Added before and after pictures. We went from a tub that was horrible to try and step into and none moving rain heads to a separate tub; shower side by side with ADA access and handheld shower.

We used 3rd Generation Renovations for two projects on our new home. We just recently moved to Bella Vista, needed some additions to our new home purchase. We chose 3G from their website and Google reviews and were not disappointed. Very professional, clean, and we could not be more happy with the results. Mike and Marsha were extremely easy to work with, happy to accommodate to our every wish, and when finished made sure we were happy as well. We even recommended them to our new neighbors. If you need renovations done, these guys should be your choice!

They built us a spectacular sunroom at a very affordable price. I’m happy, my cats are happy…..everyone is happy! Mike and Marsha & crew are wonderful to work with. The way they matched the new room to the house is amazing! Pics included.

We love having 3G work on our projects! No matter what the project is, they do a high quality job and their staff is always professional and friendly. We will continue to use them in more upcoming projects. Highly recommend!

I contracted 3rd Generation Renovations to replace my countertops and backsplash. I found their team and their work to be very professional. They were polite, knowledgeable, and listened carefully to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. My kitchen went from dreary to attractive in just a few days!
